|Tiffany Koepke, President
Tiffany Koepke is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she first began her career as a professional ballerina and established background as a performer. At the age of sixteen, Ms. Koepke danced her first professional lead role in the Milwaukee Ballet’s Nutcracker. She played many other roles with the company such as Sleeping Beauty and a Midsummer Night’s Dream and was given the incredible opportunity to dance in Edinburgh, Scotland at the Fringe Festival. Ms. Koepke later moved to California and joined The California Ballet Company in San Diego. Her leading roles included four cygnets in Swan Lake, Dewdrop and Snow Queen in The Nutcracker, and “Snow White” in Snow White. Other ballets included Spanish Serenade, Sleeping Beauty, Paquita, and Romeo and Juliet. She also played many roles with the company such as Sleeping Beauty and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Ms. Koepke made her first musical debut in A Chorus Line when she played the role of “Val”. She was recently featured in the award winning film “The Making of The Nutcracker”, a behind the scenes film about The Ballet Studio’s annual Nutcracker production where she has played the leading role for the past 5 years. Ms. Koepke’s artistic background and professional experiences lead her to come up with the concept for Tiffany’s Tools.

|Harry Clark, Chief Executive Officer
Harry Clark is Managing Director of Tiffany’s Tools, Inc., providing strategic management and feasibility support to our management team. Mr. Clark has over twenty five years experience leading and growing companies and has been the founder and CEO of two INC 500 companies, recognized as the fastest growing privately held companies in the US. Mr Clark’s companies averaged 160 to 200% annual growth rates with one growing from start-up to $100 million in five years.

After graduate school, Mr. Clark was a senior consultant for Deloitte Touche and Ernst & Young. Mr. Clark earned a Bachelor of Science and Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach, with international studies at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

|Mark Erickson, Executive Vice President, Product Development
Mr. Erickson’s history begins as a professional ballet dancer where he performed leading roles in most of the major classical ballets along with finalist status in the International Ballet Competitions. After completing an 8 year run in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera, in both the Los Angeles and San Francisco productions, Mr. Erickson opened The Ballet Studio, Inc in the Temecula Valley.
After 5 successful years it has earned a reputation as the training center for up and coming professional dancers. Drawing on his wide range of experiences including, directing, choreography and producing, Mr. Erickson has used all these elements in developing and implementing the concept of Tiffany’s Tools.
